CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

All fees are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of 21% VAT. 

Online registrations will be open until Sunday 10 March 2024 - 23:45. After the deadline, online registrations will not be accepted anymore. 
Registrations on spot will be possible as of Thursday morning 08:00.

THE REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• One or two day access to all scientific sessions and exhibitor hall (depending on the choices during the registration process)
• Access to the congress application 
• Coffee breaks on the day(s) of your registration
• Lunches on the day(s) of your registration

BVK/SBP MEMBERSHIP

As member of the BVK/SBP you can enjoy a reduced registration fee for the congress next to free entrance to CEBAM and the Digital Library for Health platform.
You can renew your membership whenever you like, and the membership will be valid for 1 year from the renewal date. If you are not a member yet or you want to renew your existing membership, please click here.

Please note that you need to be a confirmed member with BVK-SBP before the early bird deadline in order to benefit the reduced rate. No exceptions will be made.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS

Group registrations for participants to the Congress are applicable for groups starting from 10 people or more. Please contact us at congress.bvksbp@act-wise.be for more information.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

For any cancellations up to 14 February 2024, a cancellation cost of 50% will be charged. After this deadline registration fees are non-refundable. 

Changes will be accepted until 14 February 2024, we will charge an administration cost of 50% per change.
